How I cracked my first placement

Online Test:- Online test vary from company to company. Aptitude, technical, psychology test are the most common among companies. o    For psychology questions, avoid the middle ground. Do not choose the "can't say" or "neutral" option. Jump in the puddle and make a splash, Hail falling on the metal with a clash; Ants working hard to save every grain, Pitter patter, pitter patter, here comes the rain. Monsoon, the season of love, Also happy is the mourning dove; On my way home, in the train, Pitter patter, pitter patter, here comes the rain. AFTERMATH Greenery is a sight to behold, After monsoon, comes in the cold; Diseases spread, prevention is main, Plop, plop, plop, dies the rain. Flooding causes damage to life, Loss of roof overhead is rife; Compensation by money is in vain, Plop, plop, plop, dies the rain. ...
